We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a small, family-owned construction-related business in Spokane. This role offers a flexible schedule and will focus on getting the books up to date, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
This is a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on bookkeeping work and can operate independently in a small team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Clean up and bring financial records current, including clearing a 5–6 month backlog in QuickBooks
+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
+ Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies
