Roles & Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Welcome every customer with a warm smile and friendly vibe Answer questions, solve issues, and make sure every guest leaves happier than they came in Take orders, offer thoughtful recommendations, and deliver food and drinks to tables Work hand-in-hand with your teammates-whether it's the kitchen, baristas, or floor crew-to keep things running smoothly Support baristas with drink orders during peak hours, when needed Stick to our daily routines and follow SOPs like a pro-consistency is key!
