Job Description
The role of the Childcare Coordinator is to recruit, schedule, and oversee the childcare workers for all weekly small groups on campus. This will require a firm grasp of the values and strategy of the Children’s Ministry department to fulfill the mission, vision, and values of Community of Hope. This is a part-time, 20 hours per week role.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA's):
- Love and passion for children and families: Passion for kids and families and providing a safe, fun environment for kids during childcare
- Highly organized: Able to keep track of multiple groups’ schedules, meeting dates and childcare needs to ensure that safe ratios of childcare workers and children are maintained
- People person: Work well with adults and teenagers who work as childcare workers, able to have tough conversations with truth and grace when necessary
