Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Introduce products/services clearly and persuasively
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads
- Book meetings or close sales, depending on campaign goals
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed call and conversion targets
- Handle objections with confidence (and a bit of charm)
