A client of Insight Global is seeking a part-time COTA to support therapy demand within a pediatric ABA center, with the opportunity to grow into a larger or full-time role as patient volume increases and a second center opens.
Key Responsibilities:
Support occupational therapy services for pediatric patients with developmental and behavioral needs
Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans focused on life skills, functionality, and independence
Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and center staff to align care plans
Contribute to a structured and engaging therapy environment
