Having served thousands of customers across Singapore, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our customer experience, warranty operations, and e-commerce administration as we continue to scale.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, customer service, and using AI tools to work smarter.
What You'll Be Responsible For Customer Care & Support- Respond to customer enquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Shopify, email and social media platforms.
- Maintain response times within 24 working hours.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, product questions and warranty enquiries.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while representing the Brixx Derma brand.
