Overview
This is a part-time, Monday- Friday, hourly position (approximately 24-32 hours a week). Hourly rate $19.00/hour.
About the Role:
As a core member of our Customer Service team, you will be expected to:
+ Handle incoming calls from customers to take product orders
+ Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers and Sales Representatives
+ Enter and adjust orders in our computer system
+ Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services, and explain new offerings
+ Respond to requests for promotional materials
+ Maintain accurate customer account information
+ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint; determining the cause, and explaining the best resolution
+ Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution
