actively promote or upsell items when appropriate
. Provide a high standard of service through attentive and engaging guest interaction. Adhere to all operational procedures and suggest improvements for service efficiency. Maintain proper grooming and represent the brand professionally. Understand and operate POS/ordering systems to ensure smooth service.
