This role is part-time and casual, reporting to a Housing Supervisor in Saskatoon. Responsibilities focus on ensuring the overall well-being of residents, involving direct interaction and assistance with daily living tasks and operations. Lead efforts to create a stable, supportive environment that encourages independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents in finding secure housing solutions
• Connect with residents to develop daily living skills
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including laundry and meals
• Document interactions and resident progress thoroughly
