Job Description
Major Duties
: (a) To perform teaching duties; (b) To propose lesson plan; (c) To develop and prepare training materials, assignments, examination papers and marking schemes; (d) To mark students’ assignments and examinations; and (e) To carry out duties related to student and academic administration. Requirements: (a) A relevant recognised degree or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; (b) At least 8 years work experience in commercial sectors and preferably with executive management level in Human Resources and Training Development area; or 3 years training / coaching experience in well-established corporations; (c) Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; (d) High proficiency of written and spoken English and Mandarin; and (e) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
