Reports to: Packaging/Distribution Lead
Classification: 22 PT Helper
Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $18.00 hour / based on experience
Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

Nature and Scope
Primary emphasis in this position is to ensure consistent product quality and quantity to meet daily needs. Primary challenges are on product knowledge, sequence of workflow and packaging/distribution speed. This position requires knowledge of Packaging/Distribution Associate, product preparation, food safety regulations, ongoing social skills/verbal interaction, reading, walking, standing, moderate lifting, and operation of finishing and wrapping equipment.
