- 2 school sites
- 10 students requiring PT services at one location, while other site has 2 students
- Based on historical data, PT services would likely average 30 hours or fewer per month
- August 1st start for prep time, students start August 10th and finish May 31, 2027
- PreK-8th caseload
- Must have active NV PT licensure
