In this permanent part-time role, you will offer comprehensive rehabilitation services to Residents. Your responsibilities include assessments, equipment recommendations, and educating both the Home’s staff and families. We seek a compassionate and skilled individual with clinical reasoning to assist in improving functional outcomes for our Residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and modify equipment for Resident/Family goals
• Provide in-house staff education on adaptive equipment
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
