Job Summary
You will provide friendly customer service and prepare Ma La soup-based dishes while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both kitchen and dining areas. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities- Greet customers with a smile and thank them to create a welcoming environment.
- Prepare food items by cutting ingredients and cooking soup-based dishes according to standards.
- Clean tables and promptly clear used dishes and utensils to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Restock display chillers with fresh ingredients regularly to ensure availability for customers.
- Operate the dishwashing machine and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards consistently to maintain a safe work environment.
- Stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as part of daily tasks.
