Our client is seeking a Part-Time Staff Accountant to support the accounting team with key day-to-day finance functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work onsite in San Mateo 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide audit support, including preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and assisting with auditor requests.
+ Perform account reconciliations, including bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
+ Process and support accounts payable activities, including invoice review, coding, and payment preparation.
