Inspire Mum & Baby is looking for a passionate and nurturing Part-Time Swim Coach to join our all-women coaching team.

What You’ll Be Doing- Conduct baby, toddler, and children swim classes in a heated indoor pool
- Guide parents on water confidence, bonding, and safe handling techniques
- Deliver lessons using a gentle, non-force, child-led approach
- Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for both children and parents
- Support basic pool operations and class flow when required
- Confident and comfortable working with babies and young children
- Warm, patient, and able to communicate well with parents
- Reliable and responsible with a positive attitude
- Able to commit to
