The successful candidate
will demonstrate:Strong knowledge of the Alberta curriculum and effective instructional practices for early elementary learners. The ability to deliver engaging, student-centered literacy and numeracy instruction that supports diverse learning needs. Effective classroom management skills that promote student engagement, responsibility, and independence. The ability to differentiate instruction and provide appropriate supports and extensions for a range of learners. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, parents, colleagues, and community members. A collaborative approach to working with school staff, educational assistants, learning support teams, and families.
