Job Description

We are working closely with a local authority in Swindon to assist with the appointment of a Participation  and Access to Records Worker, on a 3-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary:

The Participation and Access to Records Worker plays a vital role in supporting adults who have previously received Children's Social Care services, including Care Experienced individuals, to access their social care records in a timely, supportive, and trauma-informed manner. The role will also contribute to the Council's Participation Agenda by developing and supporting Voice Ambassadors, ensuring the lived experiences of children, young people, adults, and families influence service design, delivery, and decision-making.
