**Partner Account Manager, Malaysia**
**Job Family Summary:**
This role is an Individual Contributor, will be based in Kuala Lumpur, and will directly report to the District Leader of Malaysia.
**You are responsible for:**
+ Defining and effectively executing the Philips-Partner Strategy to sustainably grow the business.
+ As a main point of Partner contact, the creation and execution of a joint business plan and capability development of Partner to drive and achieve set (yearly) targets.
+ Understands the optimized Go to Market set-up in the assigned territory and will drive it accordingly (in alignment with Regional Management Strategy) & manage one or more Partners.
+ Capture and understand Partners’ business model, eco-system and value-proposition 
+ Orchestrate and lead Philips & Partner resources to achieve (strategic) objectives as specified and agreed in Partner joint business plan, which includes strengthening Partner capabilities.
