Partner – Crime & Regulatory Lead – Influence – Shape the Future

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a varied and stimulating caseload across:
- Inquests & public inquiries
- Professional discipline & misconduct investigations (including policing)
- Health & safety, licensing, environmental and regulatory matters
- Entity regulation (CQC, Ofsted)
- Criminal regulatory defence and business crime
- Lead a high‑performing team while driving strategy, direction and growth.
- Co‑develop the Manchester Crime & Regulatory team with the Head of Department.
- Shape performance, culture and profitability.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with internal partners, insurers, brokers and corporate stakeholders.
