About the role:
As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in building a scalable enablement ecosystem that empowers our marketplace partners to independently and successfully use our platform. You will work at the intersection of content, product, technical integrations and partner experience, creating modern learning and communication formats that drive real impact.
In this role, you will translate complex technical and operational processes into user-friendly and engaging content while continuously improving the partner onboarding journey. A particularly exciting aspect of the role is the opportunity to shape and evolve the Knowledge Base as a strategic product that increases feature adoption, improves partner experience and reduces support efforts.
