Location: Loyang

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Pay: Up to $2,600 + AWS

Responsibilities
  • Receiving & processing of spare parts orders
  • Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Perform order processing duties – verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to SAP system
Requirements
  • at least GCE ‘O’ Level
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation
  • Good communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Meticulous
  • Systematic & organized individual
  • Knowledge on Letter of Credit, Certificate Of Origin
  • Microsoft office Skills
