This position will see you work Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with rostered Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Newmarket, Auckland. As a Parts Advisor you are the competent contact person for the selection, advising, and ordering of parts and accessories for our key customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximize repeat business from customer retention. Contribute to customer satisfaction by accurately receiving and recording booking and parts sales information. Minimise stock obsolescence in Ingham warehouse stock by regularly monitoring stock, advising repatriation and disposal, and recommending action to reduce potential loss. Utilise the Elect...
