Overview
Responsible for supporting customers, workshop teams and service operations with accurate parts identification, order handling, inventory coordination, and sales‑focused customer service in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers at the parts counter, by phone, and through internal service channels.
- Identify required automotive parts using product knowledge, parts catalogues, EPC systems, and vehicle information.
- Support workshop operations by coordinating parts availability for service jobs, repairs, maintenance work, and urgent requirements.
- Process parts orders, reservations, enquiries, quotations, and follow‑ups with accuracy and clear communication.
