Parts Advisor - Cambridgeshire - £29,000 + Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm + Saturday mornings on a rota
The Job:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Advisor, this role is responsible for providing a comprehensive parts and accessories service to retail, trade and internal customers, while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell parts, accessories, and related products to retail and trade customers
- Raise, process, and follow up on parts orders and invoices
- Provide parts counter support to workshop colleagues and maintain strong internal working relationships
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the showroom and parts warehouse
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, keeping customers informed of order status, promotions, and relevant updates
