We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-owned business, near their Newmarket branch. This role involves providing parts support to retail, account, and workshop customers while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key duties include:
- Selling parts and processing orders and invoices
- Supporting workshop and trade counter enquiries
- Managing stock, deliveries, and warehouse organisation
- Maintaining customer relationships and promoting offers
- Completing stock checks and using parts/IBCOS systems
- Occasional deliveries and equipment sales/installation
- General warehouse duties (some heavy lifting required; forklift experience beneficial)
- £27,000 Plus overtime £32,500 OTE
