Staff - Resource with minimum 2 years’ experience in India payroll processing.
Your key responsibilities
Manage end to end full & final settlement process, which includes validating the F&F inputs, co-ordinate with respective stakeholders for any clarifications, calculation of F&F payments and other statutory deductions, prepare the payment registers, upload the payments, and ensure the credit of the amount on timePrepare the MIS and reconciliation files for audits and leadership reviews.Respond to ex-employee queries as per the TAT Skills and attributes for success
