Job Description
Airport Ground Handling Intern
- Execute passenger check-in using airline DCS (Departure Control System) under supervisor supervision
- Perform baggage tagging, loading, and offloading on live flights
- Conduct boarding gate procedures — boarding pass verification, final headcount coordination
- Assist with ULD (Unit Load Device) build-up and breakdown in cargo area
- Handle special passenger categories (PRM, UNMR, MEDA) under supervisor guidance
- Participate in shift briefings and post-flight debriefs
