Overview
Japan Airlines is an international airline operating direct flights between Helsinki and Tokyo. We are looking for a Passenger Traffic Coordinator to ensure consistent delivery of high‑standard safety and smooth flight operations at Helsinki Airport, starting early October 2026.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate passenger handling preparations with stakeholders and managing entrusted companies.
- Supervise the quality of stakeholder work in passenger service, catering, and baggage service.
- Handle customer claims and inquiries at the front end.
- Report safety incidents and service irregularities, analyze deviations, and develop preventive measures or process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Perform accounting tasks related to passenger service: expense approval, invoice verification, and revenue/expense estimation within the responsibility area.
