St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is seeking a Pastoral Associate to join our collaborative, upbeat staff within our vibrant faith community. The Pastoral Associate / Minister functions as an integral member of the parish staff, sharing the responsibility of the needs assessment, decision making, planning and implementation of parish ministries and various operations. This position is mainly a generalist position working at the direction of the pastor in response to the spiritual, pastoral, and educational needs of the parish. This position involves working closely with all members of the parish staff. This position also requires the ability to collaborate, communicate, and problem‐solve unique matters that occur in parish life. Strategic planning and visionary thinking is an integral part of this position.
