Purpose of Role
The Pastoral Care Coordinator supports a nurturing environment within Mosaic School. Working closely with students, staff and parents, you promote the well‑being and holistic development of all learners, ensuring they are emotionally and socially prepared for academic and personal success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support and counselling to students facing personal, social or academic challenges.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance student well‑being and resilience.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation among students when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive student information.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of all students and staff through health and safety policies and practices.
