About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming pupils’ lives through exceptional pastoral care, trauma‑informed practice and positive behaviour support? We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Cordinator to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the wellbeing, regulation and success of our pupils.
This is a key position within our school, supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning, develop self‑regulation and thrive both academically and socially. Working closely with the Headteacher and wider SLT, you will lead on behaviour support, pastoral strategy and safeguarding, ensuring our pupils receive the highest standard of care.
