- Ensure products are prepared to the highest quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team environment
