Our luxury restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts as well as a strong understanding of pastry techniques and recipes.
Responsibilities- Create and oversee all pastry menu items in line with the restaurant's standards.
- Develop new dessert recipes and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure freshness and cost effectiveness.
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus that complement each other’s dishes.
