As our Pastry Chef, you will take full responsibility for delivering exceptional pastry offerings across multiple areas of the business. This includes:
Fine dining desserts
High-end finger food and canapés
Retail coffee bar cakes and sweet treats
Seasonal menu development and innovation
You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and creativity, ensuring our pastry selection consistently exceeds guest expectations.
