Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef for a luxury private game reserve located in the Sabi Sands. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate pastry professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional desserts and baked goods within a high‑end, remote hospitality environment.
Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on Experience)
Accommodation: Live-in position
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Design and develop innovative dessert menus in line with the lodge’s standards
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Manage stock control, ordering, and minimise waste
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a seamless kitchen operation
