Key Duties
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Preparing, baking, and decorating cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
- Preparing fillings, creams, icings, glazes, and decorations
- Ensuring all products are prepared to a high standard of quality, taste, and presentation
- Operating bakery and pastry equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitoring baking times, temperatures, and product consistency
