Job Description
As Demi Chef de Partie you should begin to have an understanding of each section giving instructions to Commis Chefs and trainee Chefs. You will work closely with Chef de Parties and take directive from Sous Chefs on duty. You will ensure that all food safety guidelines are carried out and that quality and production is maintained to the highest standard.
Personal Attributes:
- Holds a level 3 food hygiene certificate.
- Has a good command of the English language.
- Understands the strategic positioning of the hotel and company within the competitive market.
- Has knowledge of EHL systems and procedures.
- Is confident and has the ability to communicate and establish rapport.
- Applicable job-related skills as per accountable duties.
