Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Pastry & Gelato Production Executive to join our growing production kitchen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of gelato, cakes, desserts, and other pastry products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, food safety, and cleanliness.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in pastry, bakery, gelato, dessert production, or central kitchen operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesGelato Production
- Prepare gelato bases and ingredients according to company recipes.
- Produce and churn gelato using commercial gelato equipment.
- Monitor product quality, texture, and consistency.
- Assist in developing and testing new gelato flavours.
Pastry & Cake Production
