Responsibilities
- Assist the Pastry Chef with preparation and setup of sweet creations for Brasserie 159, Living Room, In-Room Dining, and Banquets.
- Ensure desserts meet the high-quality standards of a 5‑star establishment.
- Apply hygiene and food safety standards strictly.
Qualifications
- Currently registered in a Pastry/Culinary school, specializing in pastry.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
