JR PAT Testing is an expanding PAT and Compliance Company looking for self‑employed PAT Engineers in Helston with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform portable appliance testing at various sites, including hospitals and retail outlets.
- Use testing instruments to check safety of electrical items, prepare reports, and give results to users.
- Maintain all equipment, record data accurately and efficiently.
- Travel to client sites within Helston or nearer (national travel allowed).
Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2377 PAT qualification or equivalent.
- Self‑employed status with own insurance; equipment calibrated annually.
- Reliable, honest, with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
