Job Description

Riverside Law LLP is seeking a Patent Associate/Patent Agent – Engineering/Software, with 2+ years of experience.

Specific Duties include:

  • Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
  • Developing/executing prosecution strategies
  • Providing technical and legal research and analysis


Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ Years of Experience drafting/prosecuting patent applications
  • B.S. or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Outstanding writing and analytical skills
