One of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government is seeking to hire a Patent Docket Specialist to join their Intellectual Property Patent Support Unit. As a Patent Docket Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining all areas of the patent computerized docket system. You will also have daily contact with and receive guidance from the practice group lawyers and staff they support.
The role is a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work. Flexibility to work overtime is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinates all areas of the CPI database including:
- All information pertaining to each specific application and docket due dates, and remarks.
