Hospital in Northeastern Ohio is seeking a full-time Medical Director to supervise the Department of Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Services. Beautiful and safe location. PA support on site to perform grossing laboratory front office support.
Practice Overview:
- General Surgical Pathology Practice
- Reasonable Case Load
- Participation in Tumor Board and On-Call coverage
- No autopsies
- 20 Cases per day approximately
Requirements:
- MD/DO with Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Ohio Medical License
- Experience in hematopathology a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Director
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Critical and strategic thinking
