Assignment Details:
- Location: Syracuse, New York
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Assignment Length: 3 6 months
- Call: None
- Start Date: Upon credentialing (estimated days)
- Rate: Competitive daily rate (please submit best rate)
Practice Setting:
- Hospital-based pathology laboratory
- Team includes 4 Pathologists, 5 Histotechnologists, 1
- Pathology Assistant, and 2 Cytotechnologists
- Other pathologists will be present during coverage
Responsibilities:
- General Anatomic Pathology
- Surgical Pathology
- Frozen Section Analysis
- Cytology interpretation
- Grossing of specimens
- Cutting frozen sections on cryostat
Annual Case Volume:
- 13,000 surgical pathology specimens
- 3,000 cytology specimens
