We’re actively bringing on talent for our Wallingford location supporting a leading cardiology network (10 locations!) — and here’s the big upside:
This group is being acquired by Hartford HealthCare — perform well and you could convert PERM with one of the top health systems in CT.
What you’ll be doing:
+ Handle high-volume inbound patient calls
+ Schedule & reschedule appointments across locations
+ Verify insurance + complete patient registrations
+ Support prior authorizations
+ Route clinical calls to RNs when needed
+ Schedule cardiology exams, screenings, and lab work
What we’re looking for:
+ Strong customer service / call center background
+ Experience in medical scheduling / patient access
