The Personal Care Aide/CNA/GNA provides essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing companionship, and observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, dependable, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility and transfers, including ambulation, positioning, and safe use of assistive devices. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and assist with feeding if necessary.
