The Patient Coordinator Role:
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for both patients and consultants, ensuring a seamless, concierge-style experience. You will work in a highly professional environment, coordinating diaries, managing sensitive information, and supporting both clinical and administrative functions.This is far more than a traditional reception role. It is a position suited to an individual accustomed to operating within ultra-high-net-worth environments, where discretion, refinement and anticipatory service are second nature.
