UPMC Hamot's Emergency Department is hiring a full-time Patient & Family Concierge to join one of the most fast-paced, high-impact teams in the system. As the only Level II Trauma Center in the region and the busiest ED in UPMC, this is a unique opportunity to be at the center of it all.

This role is more than hands-on support-it also includes key administrative responsibilities that help keep the department running efficiently.

Schedule

+ Full-time (3, 12-hour shifts per week)
+ Mostly days (7a-7p) with occasional evenings (11a-11p)
+ Every other weekend + rotating holidays
