Description We are looking for a Patient Financial Counselor to join a healthcare organization in Pennsylvania, in a Contract to permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who can explain financial matters clearly, support patients with empathy, and help them understand coverage and payment expectations before or during care. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients while working closely with internal teams to promote accurate financial communication and a positive patient experience.
